Francisco manages environmental engineering programs for a variety of clients and market sectors including some innovative and award-winning projects. These programs exceed millions of dollars in budget, span many years from planning to completion, and comprise multi-disciplinary and complex assignments.
His technical expertise involves investigation, design and implementation of remedial strategies including in-situ treatment, slurry and sealed sheet pile walls, chemical injections, sediment dredging and/or capping, bio remediation, dual-phase extraction system, risk management, monitored natural attenuation and many other technologies. He oversees preparation of tender, specifications, contracts and regulatory submissions.
With over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, Francisco has completed projects across Canada, Western USA, Latin America and Southeast Asia. During his professional career he has been directly involved in hundreds of environmental projects ranging from audits, remediation of contaminated sediments in fresh water and marine settings, and treatment of wastewater, storm water and groundwater.
He frequently speaks at conferences and regularly shares his knowledge via social media.
