Mr. Warren Appleton is a senior project manager biologist in Keystone Environmental Ltd.’s Biological Services department. He is registered and in good standing in British Columbia as a professional biologist with the College of Applied Biology. He practices as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) in the following disciplines: freshwater stream assessments, marine biophysical survey and impact assessments, marine and terrestrial habitat enhancement design, terrestrial vegetation surveys, species at risk assessments in British Columbia, disposal at sea permitting, and erosion and sediment control.
