Mr. Bill Donald has over 40 years experience providing senior level expertise, project management and cost control for the performance of detailed site investigations, remediation planning and design, human health and ecological risk assessments, project tendering and engineering services during construction, environmental regulatory compliance audits, and acquisition due diligence assessment. He also assists clients in negotiations with local, provincial and federal regulators and approving agencies, conducts public information meetings and provides expert and second opinion services.
Following graduation from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1973, he continued his formal education completing his M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering in 1974.
Since 1974, Mr. Bill Donald has held a variety of progressively senior positions in the environmental engineering consulting industry, culminating in senior design and project management roles and management of offices of major Canadian consulting engineering firms. During this period, he designed wastewater, solid waste, storm water management and contaminated site clean up works for municipalities and industry in the mining, forest, petroleum, and mineral processing sectors. In 1988, Mr. Bill Donald joined Keystone Environmental.
