Our plan committed to securing a Certificate of Compliance within two years and Keystone Environmental takes over the project and within two years delivers the on-site Certificate of Compliance on schedule and on budget. One year later, we secure the off-site Certificate of Compliance, employing in-situ chemical treatment and risk assessment.
