We require a full time (Monday to Friday) Administrative Support clerk to assist us in our efforts to go paperless. The primary role is to recall boxes of documentation from external storage, scan and digitize using our in-house software and hardware.  The secondary role for this position is to assist with administrative duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities would consist of

  • prepping documents for scanning,
  • digitizing documents,
  • performing quality control to ensure documents are scanned properly and completely
  • shredding paper documents.

There would also be other Administrative duties and tasks including, but not limited to:

  • reception relief,
  • housekeeping,
  • photocopying,
  • Filing/archiving.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical and computer skills

Annual Salary – $42,500.00
